Slow proceedings with this piece. Their faces are very difficult to shade so they look like I want. I work currently on Kirk.

I use many references to create this piece and I guess I will do it :).
I am still thinking about the background. I don´t want to make it to boring :).

Time to shade each face approx. 2 hours. And I draw the first time 7 different faces on one drawing. That is a personal record btw :w00t: :D.

Size is A2.
All pencil on sketchpaper.

whoa it's a huge drawing :D and awesome :#1:
you're very brave for working on a large scale. Once you messed something up, the whole drawing will look :noes: so that's another reason why I keep drawing on A4 (but will draw on A3 soon as well!)

I like this size a lot. And the finished pieces looking simply awesome. Well it´s a risk of course. But no risk no fun :D.
